The Business Programs department and its allies have assisted with business retention, expansion, and recruitment. Recent examples of these works include:
    
Hill Country Shooting Sports Center
4B sales tax funds contributed to the center's business expansion. The center has played host to state and national shooting events. 

In March 2008 the Hill Country Shooting Sports Center hosted the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Shooting (Shotgun Events). Visit their website for more information at www.hillcountryshootingsports.com.

Airport Commerce Park
The site is a 70+ acre business park located on State Highway 27E across from Kerrville Municipal Airport. One million dollars of EIC funds were used to construct water and wastewater to the park and to the interior of the municipal airport.
Mooney Airplane Company
The City of Kerrville facilitated and assisted in business interest for Mooney Aircraft, resulting in a new partnership with Mooney Airplane Group.

Infrastructure and Capital Improvements
EIC contributed 4B sales tax funds in the amount of $6.3 million toward drainage, water/wastewater lines, street upgrades to Loop 534, water/wastewater to Kerrville Municipal Airport, the west side fire station, and $1 million towards the Holdsworth Drive extension.
